Went for my MRI. It was boring and noisy with clanging and banging and clicking but not scary at all. After what seemed like ½ hour, they pulled me back out and gave me a shot of dye, and then did it again, only this time for 7 minutes. Then it was all over and I was free to go. I still have vertigo and it's uncomfortable. That afternoon my doctor called - the MRI was negative, which we knew it would be, but he did say that it showed the inflamed nerve clearly. (Thanks to modern technology.) Now I just have to be patient and wait, and he assures me it WILL go away!

Took off the eye tape to give my skin a rest. I can now close my eye, very purposely, but it does close.

Vertigo still bad. Decided to work on a step chair for a client. My hand is steadier that I thought it would be. I was thrilled to be able to complete the name and decorate the stool with flowers.
