This morning was great. I felt really good. But in the afternoon the headache came back. I went home from work a little early to try to relax. It feels like a pressure in the back side - mostly on the right. Also in my sinuses. I wonder if I have a sinus problem on top of the BP.

I will see my doctor tomorrow afternoon to discuss the results of my MRI. I will ask him about the headaches. I noticed on my films that there was a lot of fluid in my right sinus. As far as my nerve recovery - it has been another great day. I would say today my face felt the most normal ever.

I saw my doctor this afternoon to discuss my test results. The MRI was completely normal except for a cyst in my sinus cavity. That's good. No tumors or other swelling around the nerves. He thinks the headaches are tension headaches and suggested some muscle relaxants to help ease the strain on my neck. I think he's right because I can feel it all the way down my neck and into my back.

Face is feeling pretty good. I feel pain around my cheek like it is over worked and a slight earache. I can't believe how great it is to be able to move again. A week ago I never thought I would be this far so soon.

Most of today was unremarkable. The headaches are still present, but the muscle relaxants help some.

Yeah! I hardly had any headaches all day. My neck does feel stiff and tired, but this evening my head feels fine. The face is almost there as well. I don't want to say 100%, but getting pretty close. My cheeks feel a little sore which has been typical throughout this illness.

I had a very busy day today trying to get ready to travel to New Orleans. I am leaving tomorrow for a conference. I was so worried I would have to explain to all my friends I will meet there about my BP, but I am as close to recovered as I ever could have imagined. Thankfully I have my taste back so I can enjoy the wonderful food in the big easy! Less headaches again today, but I still have this kind of dizzy lightheaded feeling once in a while. I'm not sure how to describe it. It is not vertigo. More like my head feels lopsided - heavier on one side than the other.

Leaving today and I'm feeling good. Now if I can just get to bed at a decent time so I don't wear myself out. My face is 100% except for a very slight difference when I smile. My lip on the left side is just a mm or so lower than my right.
