Noticed a stiff neck developing. |

My family and I went on our yearly 4th of July camping trip as planned but I was miserable with this terrible stiff neck. It was bad! I could not sleep and I spent the weekend with an icepack on it. |

I went back to work after the holiday weekend and just worked through the stiff neck. |
