Over the past few weeks I have noticed more strange pullings and twinges in the facial muscles when I perform certain expressions. I have already reported that my lip seems to pull to the right when I furrow my brow but now it seems to be more pronounced... still not visible but definitely pulling more. When I flair my nostrils I can feel a pull just under my right eye which wasn't there before. Also, my cheek feels a bit swollen and numb but again it not visible.

I've had a mild earache for about a week but today it seems to be a bit worse. It's causing a bit of pressure in my head and a bit of pain behind the ear and down my jaw. I know it's probably nothing to worry about but it's an observation that I would like to record it in my diary.

Nothing else to report really. My balance is pretty much the same and I'm still getting quite tired every so often but that's ok.
