My full name is Gary Bramlett. I am the Deputy Executive Director of a Mental Health Facility in Texas, just turned 40 years old :-(

After having facial paralysis twice in the last 13 months, I am again experiencing facial paralysis, pain, dizziness, and almost nauseous feeling.

This is the third time this has happened in this time frame. Each time before, my face has cleared up in about a week. This time seems to be different.

I am attempting to keep a diary this time. I cannot find anyone that has experienced recurring episodes of Facial Paralysis like this, nor can I find any information on the Internet regarding quick relapses such as this.

Since the last episode, I have taken multi-vitamins and liquid B-12. Since I am a vegetarian and have read how a deficiency of vitamin B is a possibility in this, I decided that it wouldn’t hurt to try that. I have continued taking the vitamins and B-12 Complex during this episode.
